eBay Home automation AR rich shopping experience
As part of the new "rich shopping experiences" initiative I introduced at eBay, we developed an AR-triggered experience for the home automation category on eBay. By pointing the phone's camera at any home automation product the system recognizes what it is and allows the user to shop for the specific items on eBay's large inventory of home automation products, while a multitude of other rich content immerse the user in relevant info about their passion and shows the breadth of spectrum of value that powers eBay's inventory.
